1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Gazelle Aesthetics Lab PLLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.gazelleaestheticslab.com website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). Any legal action arising under these Terms that is not resolved through arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts located in McKinney, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gazelle Aesthetics Lab PLLC regarding your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
